Robert Bartlick (born June 27, 1983 in Hoyerswerda ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with ELV Tornado Niesky in the Oberliga Ost since 2014 .

Career

Robert Bartlick began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of ES Weißwasser , for whose so-called young foxes he played until the end of the 2001/02 season. In his last junior season, he posted 32 scorer points in 38 games in the German Junior League . In the 2001/02 season he was active for the ES Weißwasser 1b team in the fourth-class Regionalliga Nordost .

The defender then made his professional ice hockey debut in the 2002/03 season . With the Lausitzer Füchsen he played 44 games in the 2nd Bundesliga , but rose with the team in the upper league after the team was defeated by ESV Kaufbeuren in the playdowns . Already in the 2003/04 season he was immediately promoted as a successor to the second division, with Bartlick playing 55 times. Since 2004/05 he has been playing with the Füchsen continuously in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the same season he also completed his statistically most successful with 21 scorer points. He held the office of assistant captain from the beginning of the 2011/12 season . After a shoulder injury, Bartlick was loaned out to the ELV Tornado Niesky in 2014 to collect match practice. Before the following season he was permanently signed by Niesky.

International

Bartlick represented Germany at the U18 World Junior Championship in 2001 and the U20 World Junior Championship in 2003 . In both tournaments he was used in six tournament games and received four penalty minutes each. He was not involved in goals. In 2003 he was relegated to Division I with the U20 selection .
