Rogers TV is a network of local television broadcasters operated by Rogers Media . The head office is in Ottawa . The network only broadcasts in the provinces of Ontario , New Brunswick , Newfoundland and Labrador . The transmitters can only be received in cities served by Rogers Cable or Rogers Communications and are not fed into other cable networks. The stations can be received in around 2.4 million households.
