Søllested Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Båg Herred in what was then Odense Amt , then to Glamsbjerg Municipality in Fyns Amt , which was merged into Assens Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of local government reform .

The parish has 273 residents (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Søllested Kirke” is located in the parish.
