San Vicente is a municipality in the Philippine province of Ilocos Sur and is located on the South China Sea . In 2015, 12,758 people lived in the area of just 11.9 km², resulting in a population density of 1072 inhabitants per km². The flat terrain is also crossed by the Bantaoay River.
San Vicente is divided into the following seven barangays :
- Bantaoay
- Bayubay Norte
- Bayubay Sur
- Lubong
- Poblacion
- Pudoc
- San Sebastian
