The northeastern area of the municipality is located in the Natural Park Malampaya Sound Protected Landscape / Seascape , of a combined landscape and marine reserve is. The Port Barton Marine Park was established in Barangay Port Barton and is managed in cooperation with USAID and the local authorities.
