Saint Hans Kirke

Sankt Hans Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in the center of the city of Odense on the island of Fyn ( German : Funen ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Odense Herred in the then Odense Office , then to the Odense Municipality in the Fyns Office , which became part of the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

Of the 180,302 inhabitants of Odense, 8,479 live in the parish of Sankt Hans (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Sankt Hans Kirke".

Neighboring communities are in the northeast Fredens Sogn , in the southeast Vor Frue Sogn , in the south Sankt Knuds Sogn and in the west Hans Tausens Sogn .
