SSP made an international name for itself through a collaboration with the Japanese architect Shigeru Ban on the realization of the Japanese EXPO 2000 pavilion and the collaboration with the Korean architect Chui Kong on the realization of the Korean EXPO 2000 pavilion in Hanover .
