Schwarzenbach is a village and a cadastral municipality of the Schweiggers community in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 19 building areas with 12,945 m² and 5 gardens on 382 m² in the cadastral community of Schwarzenbach , in 1989/1990 there were 13 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 27 and in 2009/2010 there were 21 buildings on 39 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 205 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 69 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 200 hectares and 74 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 194 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 75 hectares. Schwarzenbach's average soil climate number is 22.8 (as of 2010).
