Sean Maguire
Sean Maguire (born April 18, 1976 in Ilford (now: London Borough of Redbridge ), Essex as Sean Martin Michael Maguire ) is an English actor and singer .
Life
Maguire was born in Ilford and has five siblings. Sean Maguire has lived in Los Angeles with his partner since 2001 .
In 1984, at the age of eight, Sean Maguire made his acting debut in the TV movie A Voyage Round My Father , starring alongside Laurence Olivier and Alan Bates . Four years later, Maguire played the role of Tegs Ratcliffe in the BBC series Grange Hill in 46 episodes , in which he played until 1992. Through this performance he became known and then played the character Aidan Brosnan in EastEnders in 62 episodes. In the series Police Doctor Dangerfield Maguire played the police officer Marty Dangerfield in 17 episodes .
In the fantasy comedy A Kiss with Consequences (2001) he got the lead role on the side of Martin Short and received positive reviews for it. He then played the character Donovan Brink in 66 episodes in the television series Eve from 2003 to 2006 . In the comedy series The Class (2006-2007) he stood in front of the camera with Andrea Anders and Jon Bernthal . The series ended after 19 episodes and was broadcast in Germany on ProSieben in 2011 .
In 2008 he was then cast for the role of Leonidas I in the pastiche My wife, the Spartans and I , a comedy by the directors Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer . His wife Queen Margo was played by Carmen Electra . In the film, the plot from film 300 is mainly parodied. In 2010 he was in front of the camera for one episode each for the crime series Cold Case and CSI: NY .
In addition to his acting activities, Sean Maguire brought out two music albums.
