Sefrou (Province)
Sefrou ( Arabic إقليم صفرو, tamazight ⵜⴰⵙⴳⴰ ⵏ ⵚⴼⵕⵓ Tasga n Ṣfṛu ) is a province in Morocco . It has belonged to the Fès-Meknes region (previously Fès-Boulemane ) since the administrative reform of 2015 and is located in the center of the country south of Fès , in the foothills of the Middle Atlas . The province has 259,577 inhabitants (2004).
In addition to the provincial capital Sefrou, there are 23 rural communities in the province. One of them is Laanousser .
