In addition to food, Carl now also steals dogs to get money for Frank's drugs. Frank uses an unusual method to get to know his daughter and grandson. Fiona is invited to dinner with Mike's family and meets Robbie, Mike's older brother. Debbie spends one night with her boyfriend while Fiona sleeps with Robbie after another dinner.

Fiona apologizes to Mike while Lip and Debbie try to find Ian before the military does. Sheila's Indian friend builds a sweat lodge for Frank. Lip and Debbie eventually find Ian in a gay bar. Fiona celebrates her birthday with lots of alcohol and cocaine; The evening ends tragically when Liam gets his hands on the coke and, as he has seen with the adults, pulls it through his nose. He goes to the intensive care unit and Fiona is arrested.

Sheila and Sammi pay $ 26,000 for a liver transplant, which is carried out in the basement of a factory - which later turns out to be a fraud: Frank had no liver transplant, a kidney was removed.
