Sieglinde Bottesch (born December 21, 1938 in Sibiu , Romanian Sibiu) is a German painter, graphic artist and object artist.

Life

Sieglinde Bottesch studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Pedagogical Institute in Bucharest, graduating in 1965. In the following years she worked as a freelance artist, illustrator and art teacher in Sibiu before moving to West Germany in 1987. Since then, Bottesch has lived and worked as an art teacher and freelance artist in Ingolstadt . Since 1967 she has carried out numerous exhibitions at home and abroad. Main areas of artistic creation are hand drawings , painting , objects and graphic prints .
