Silvio Dalla Brida

Silvio Dalla Brida (born October 19, 1962 in the Weil der Stadt ) is a German composer , arranger , jazz pianist and music producer .

education

From 1967 to 1988 Silvio Dalla Brida took lessons from numerous pianists in Stuttgart , including Helmut Kirchgässner ( SWR ), Klaus Wagenleiter and Jörg Reiter. He began a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in 1989 and graduated in 1990 with summa cum laude .

Appearances

In Boston he played with Steven Mushrush, Thorsten de Winkel, D. Ann Jankins, Christian Diener and Paula Cole . With the Silvio Dalla Brida Band he accompanied Vico Torriani , Chris Howland , Wolle Kriwanek , among others ; later he became a freelancer for the SWR big band Erwin Lehn . This was followed by concerts with the band Silvio Dalla Brida-Quintett with Ute Lemper , Caterina Valente , Roberto Blanco , Horst Jankowski , Max Greger sen./jun., Bibi Johns , Tony Marshall , Marshall & Alexander , Fola Dada as well as TV recordings with Donna Summer , Andrea Bocelli , Peter Kraus , Rosenstolz and Howard Carpendale . In 2002 he went on a TV promotional tour with Ronan Keating .

As musical director for Brunner and Brunner , he was on tour from 1997 to 1999 and 2001. Some of his projects are the women's band Fancy Diamonds and the gala band Silvio Dalla Brida Band (SDB-Band). In 2001 he opened the db recording studios and in 2008 dallabrida's dance school.
