Sog ( Tibetan : སོག་ རྫོང , translation after Wylie : so-called rdzong , also Sog Dzong ) is a district of the Nagqu administrative district in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China .

Sog has an area of ​​25,546 km². In 1990 Sog had a population of 28,753, of whom 28,663 were Tibetans (99.7%) and 86 Han Chinese (0.3%). In 2003 the population had grown to 34,736 inhabitants.
