Sperling and the Dead from Vilnius is a German TV film directed by Kai Wessel from 1998 . It is the fifth episode of the ZDF crime film series Sperling with Dieter Pfaff in the title role.

The chief inspector Hans Sperling is struck down while viewing a private apartment. His investigations lead to the Lithuanian ballet teacher Lily Spiegel, who moved from Vilnius to Berlin. He finds out that a trauma from the past caused Lily to act.
