St. Peter and Paul (Thalmässing)
St. Peter and Paul is a Roman Catholic church in Thalmässing , a market in the Central Franconian district of Roth .

The associated parish belongs to the Heideck parish association in the dean's office in Roth-Schwabach , the associated branch is Ohlangen . The parish areas are the villages of Alfershausen , Stetten , Schwimbach , Appenstetten , Rabenreuth , Ohlangen, Reinwarzhofen , Ruppmannsburg , Heimmühle , Gebersdorf , Hagenich , Waizenhofen , Landersdorf , Hundszell , Göllersreuth , Kätzelmühle , Bergmühle , Kätzelmühle, Kochsmühle and Aue , which all belong to the municipality .
history
The church was planned in 1924 by the Nuremberg architect Otto Schulz and built until 1925. In 1925 it was sold to a farmer in Kleinhöbing and received its interior fittings. At the same time the patronage was taken over. In 1937 Thalmässing was raised to a parish. In 1993/1994 the church was redesigned. In 2003 the “Bunker” was built next to the church on the former track bed of the Gredlbahn , a parish hall and dean's youth home.
Bells
The church has four bells. The oldest and smallest were cast by Matthias Perner in Eichstätt in 1733 , the others in 2000 at the Bachert bell foundry in Bad Friedrichshall .

The organ comes from Johannes Karl from Aichstetten in the Allgäu .
