Stephan Mensah (born June 1, 2000 in Karlsruhe ) is a German - Ghanaian soccer player . The striker is under contract with SpVgg Unterhaching and is a former young national player.

Career

Born in Karlsruhe, he started playing football in 2009 in the U10 of the Karlsruher SC and went through all youth teams there.

In the summer of 2019, he switched to third division club SpVgg Unterhaching . It was there that he made his first professional appearance when he came on as a substitute for Felix Schröter in the 85th minute of the 0-0 home draw against FSV Zwickau on October 26, 2019, the 13th matchday . The midfielder and his teammates Alexander Kaltner , Christoph Ehlich and Niclas Anspach were awarded to the cooperation club TSV 1860 Rosenheim in the Bavarian regional league from the end of January 2020 until the end of the season without another league appearance .

National team

On November 17, 2016, he played his first of two games for the German U17 against Iceland .
