Alexander Fuchs (born January 5, 1997 in Munich ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with SpVgg Unterhaching .

Career

Alexander Fuchs played for SV Lohhof from 2001 to 2006 , before moving to the TSV 1860 Munich's junior performance center . There he went through all youth departments and finally moved up to the U23 in the 2016/17 season . Due to various injuries, he only played 20 games (two goals) in the Bavarian regional league in his first season in the men's division .

In February 2017, the second division club 1. FC Nürnberg announced Fuchs' commitment to the 2017/18 season . He completed the preparation entirely with the professionals. With the club , Fuchs finally became runner-up in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2018 and was promoted to the Bundesliga with him . There he scored his first Bundesliga goal in a 2-2 draw against FC Augsburg on November 3, 2018 (10th matchday). At the end of the season, the club and Fuchs returned to the second division as bottom of the table. Due to a metatarsal fracture, he was no longer used for the first team and instead played only four times in the regional league.

During the winter break, the third division team SpVgg Unterhaching and FCN agreed on a transfer of the midfielder.
