Steven Culp

Steven Culp (born December 3, 1955 in San Diego ) is an American actor .

biography

Culp was born in the La Jolla neighborhood , north of downtown San Diego . He is best known for his guest appearances as CIA agent Clayton Webb on the television series JAG and as Major Hayes in Star Trek: Enterprise . In 2004, he was the first actor ever to appear as a recurring character in four television series: The West Wing - In the Center of Power , Star Trek: Enterprise , JAG - On behalf of honor and Emergency Room - The emergency room .

Steven Culp also starred as Agent Simmons in the second season of 24 . In the film Thirteen Days he played Robert F. Kennedy . Actually, he was supposed to play the character of Commander Martin Madden in the movie Star Trek: Nemesis , who replaced William Riker as first officer of the USS Enterprise . But because the film was too long, the scene was cut out like many others. Most recently, Culp starred in the television series Desperate Housewives . After the first season, however, his role was written out of the series. However, later guest appearances followed in seasons 2, 3, 5 and 7. In an episode of the third season he took on the part of the narrator, which otherwise Brenda Strong aka Mary Alice Young takes.

Culp is married and has two children.
