The Subaru Stella is a car model from the Japanese manufacturer Subaru . It has been on the market since 2006 . The Subaru Stella is the successor to the Subaru Pleo and competes with the Daihatsu YRV . The four-door small car looks like a micro- van .

The name Stella means star in Italian .

Engines

The cars are equipped with four-cylinder in-line engines with a displacement of 658 cm³. The naturally aspirated engine develops 40 kW (54 hp), while the turbo engine delivers 47 kW (64 hp).

Identical models to the Daihatsu Move

With the introduction of the second generation in May 2011, the Stella is sold as an identical model to the Daihatsu Move.
