history
The cathedral bailiff's wife Luitgart gave two goods and ten people in Taiding to the Mallersdorf monastery around 1133/1134 . In the 14th and 15th centuries, the Nussbergs established themselves here, who received fiefs from the Regensburg bishop. Albrecht was awarded the 1382 Nußberger a Hube to Taiding from Regensburg Bishop as a fief.
In the report on a controversial property of the Mallersdorf monastery from 1376 Taiding is mentioned as the place of court. The lower court in Taiding still existed in 1584: The Straubing chief judge reported in his official account at that time the need to set up a prison stick in Taiding.
Taiding belonged to the main team in 1599, later chairman of Niederschneiding . In the year of conscription in 1752 it consisted of twelve properties, two of which were under the rule of the Oberschneiding court , while the other courts were part of the district court. When the community was formed in the 19th century, the place became part of the Niederschneiding community and came with it as part of the regional reform in Bavaria on January 1, 1972, to the Oberschneiding community. In 1987 Taiding had 57 residents.
