criticism

The e-zine Laut.de rated Take Care with two out of a possible five points. From the point of view of the editor Dani Fromm, Drake carries his texts monotonously “ in exactly one pitch through his numbers. “This is so annoying that it is not possible to concentrate“ on the art of rhyming offered ”. In addition, the rapper has a good singing voice, which however disappears under " electronic polish, reverb, echo and tin can vocoder sound ". The “ consistently rather slow pace ” also underlines the impression of being served the same song for the umpteenth time. “On the other hand, the beats on Take Care and Nicki Minaj's contribution are positively highlighted.
