Taner Yalçın (born February 18, 1990 in Cologne ) is a German - Turkish soccer player .
Career
societies
In 2003 the midfielder moved from SC Fortuna Köln to 1. FC Köln . There he won the championship of the A-Junioren-Bundesliga -Staffel West with the A-Jugend in 2008 (scored 15 goals in 21 games, including the final round) and the FVM -Juniors Cup.
With effect from summer 2008, he signed a professional contract with 1. FC Köln in May 2008, dated until 2011. Yalçın made his professional debut at home against Eintracht Frankfurt on the 2nd match day of the 2008/09 Bundesliga season . In the further course he was on the field a total of 12 times.
With the 2010/11 season he started his third season as a professional. After a very good preparation he was able to establish himself as a regular player in the early stages of the season. In the first round of the 2010/11 DFB Cup , he scored his first competitive goal for 1. FC Köln. The first goal in the Bundesliga followed on September 12, 2010 in the game against FC St. Pauli .
For the 2011/2012 season Yalçın was loaned to the Turkish first division club Istanbul BB . There he made his debut against Galatasaray on September 11, 2011 . For the 2012/2013 season , Yalçın was finally committed.
After his club Istanbul BB missed the relegation of the Süper Lig in the summer of 2013 , Yalçın moved to the first division club Kayserispor .
Yalçın hit the headlines in late April 2014 after he was injured in a shootout while visiting a club in Istanbul alongside other professional footballers such as Gökhan Töre , Hugo Almeida and Manuel Fernandes . His club took this incident as an opportunity to dissolve the current contract with Yalçın.
On the last day of the 2014/15 winter transfer period, he moved to the Turkish second division side Elazığspor . In the summer of the same year he joined Kayseri Erciyesspor . For the second half of the 2015/16 season he moved to Kastamonuspor in 1966 . He left the club after the second half of the season as his contract expired. After the transfer period had already ended, he moved to SV Sandhausen . He played his only second division game on February 4, 2017, a 2-0 win against FC Erzgebirge Aue when he came on for Andrew Wooten at the last minute . He also played several games for the second team in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg . His contract expired in the summer of the same year and was not renewed. He finally moved to the 3rd Turkish league to Inegölspor .
National team
On November 20, 2007, he made his debut in the friendly against Belgium in Ankara in the Turkish U-18 national team. He scored his first international goal on November 22, 2007 for the Turkish U-18s, also against Belgium.
After one more game in the U-18 and two subsequent matches in the U-19 national team of Turkey, he decided to play for the DFB national team in the future. For the European Championship qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Northern Ireland on September 3 and 7, 2010, he was part of the German U21 national team for the first time . On September 7, 2010 he made his debut in the U-21 national team against Northern Ireland. In the 71st minute, he came on for Lewis Holtby .
