Kasper and his colleagues quit LaHonda and continue to work on their own. They are developing a device called "emagi". Meanwhile, Kasper gets closer to his neighbor Alisa. Alisa receives shares in the company for her help. She sells her shares to Francis Benoit, the boss of LaHonda, who wants to use the patents to build a computer that he wants to sell for $ 999. Alisa comforts the dejected Kasper who has a new idea. Kasper and friends turn to Hank, the manager of the LaHonda Research Institute, who helps develop a new computer.
