Awards

MTV Movie Awards 2010 :

criticism

“From 1975 to 1977 the Runaways mixed up the rock scene in Los Angeles - four underage girls who had a sustained hit with 'Cherry Bomb'. Based on the autobiography of singer Cherie Currie, 'Neon Angel', video clip specialist Floria Sigismondi made a music film that does not always take the facts exactly exactly, escalating conflicts between Currie and guitarist Joan Jett (great played by Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart) and yet precisely meets the charged atmosphere of the days shortly before punk.
