The Thoré is a river in France that runs in the Occitania region . It rises in the Montagne Noire , in the municipality of Rieussec , generally drains north-west through the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park and flows into the Agout after 62 kilometers on the south-western outskirts of Castres as a left tributary . On its way, the Thoré crosses the Hérault and Tarn departments .
