Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén , registered as Tinne Eva Caroline Wilhelmson Silfvén (born July 12, 1967 ), is a Swedish dressage rider .

Career

For five years, Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén was trained in Tasdorf by dressage trainer Walter Christiansen, who also trained her compatriot Louise Nathhorst until his death in 1990 . Then she moved back to Sweden. In the early / mid-1990s, Caprice Vilhelmson was Silfvén's successful horse, with the mare she became Swedish dressage champion for the first time in 1993 in Strömsholm . From 1992 to 1996 both were part of the Swedish championship teams at the Olympic Games, World and European Championships.

Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén has been working in the Lövsta stuteri stable of the Swedish entrepreneur Antonia Ax: son Johnson since 2000 . Here she is responsible for the stud farm and the training of the horses. Since 2001, with the exception of the European Championships in 2003, she has been part of the Swedish team at international championships every year. The greatest successes here were the team bronze medals at the European Championships in 2005 and 2007 and her fifth place in the Grand Prix Spécial individual ranking of the 2014 World Equestrian Games .

From 2011 to 2014, the Axel Johnson Group was the main sponsor of the World Dressage Masters . Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén was the dominant rider of the tournament series at this time and won the annual rider rankings twice. Another career highlight for Vilhelmson Silfvén was her second place in the 2016 World Cup final with Don Auriello .

At the 2016 Summer Olympics , she was again part of the Swedish squad with Don Auriello , it was her seventh Olympic Games.
