history

The original municipality of Tasdorf was incorporated into the municipality of Tungendorf in 1939 . In 1938 Tungendorf handed over the Tungendorf settlement with a good 4000 inhabitants and an area of 625 hectares to the city of Neumünster . In the course of the district reform of 1970, the village of Tungendorf was also incorporated into Neumünster. This meant that the original community of Tungendorf was essentially incorporated into Neumünster. On September 15, 1970, the name of the community was changed to Tasdorf .
