Geography and traffic

Dersau is located on the federal highway 430 about 7 km southwest of Plön , directly on the Großer Plöner See . Dersau is connected to Plön, Stocksee and Nehmten via a bus line.

history

Dersau once belonged to Gut Ascheberg and is located on the former stagecoach road from Altona to Kiel . From the time when Dersau still belonged to Gut Ascheberg, the regulation still valid today stipulates that the owner of the property owns all oak and beech trees in Dersau, regardless of whether they are in a garden or in the forest.
