Tröndel is a municipality in the Plön district in Schleswig-Holstein .

In addition to Tröndel, the community consists of the villages of Emkendorf, Gleschendorf and Stubbenrade as well as the extensions Blankenwater, Diekenbusch, Jägerberg, Petersberg, Redderkrug and Torfmoorhaus.

Geography and traffic

Tröndel is about five kilometers northwest of Lütjenburg . The Weddelbek runs through the municipality . The Baltic Sea is about four kilometers away.
