Tony Rena Snell, Jr. (born November 10, 1991 in Watts , Los Angeles , California ) is an American basketball player who has played in the NBA for the Detroit Pistons since 2019 .

Professional career

Snell was selected 20th by the Chicago Bulls in the 2013 NBA Draft . On July 10, 2013, he signed a contract with the Chicago Bulls. Snell made his first appearance as a Bulls player in the 2013 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, where he achieved an average of 11.8 points, 2.2  assists and 6.6  rebounds in 5 games. In his first season with the Bulls, Snell was used in 77 games and scored 4.5 points and 1.6 rebounds per game in around 16 minutes of play.

After three seasons with the Bulls, he moved to the Milwaukee Bucks in the summer of 2016 in exchange for Michael Carter-Williams . On June 20, 2019, he was transferred from the Bucks to the Detroit Pistons .
