Trévilly is a village and a former French commune with a population of 68 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Yonne in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belonged to the Arrondissement of Avallon and the Canton of Chablis (until 2015 Guillon ).

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Guillon , Cisery , Sceaux , Trévilly and Vignes were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Guillon-Terre-Plaine , where they have the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative headquarters are in Guillon.

geography

Trévilly is about 56 kilometers southeast of Auxerre on the Serein River . The municipality of Trévilly was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Montréal in the north and northwest, Guillon in the east and northeast, Cisery in the east and southeast, Saint-André-en-Terre-Plaine in the south and Sceaux in the west and southwest.
