The Trnávka is a 41.3 km long river in western Slovakia .

It rises in the Little Carpathians below the Vápenková skala mountain ( 469  m nm ) near the Rozbehy settlement, which belongs to the Cerová municipality . After the initial stretch to the east, it turns to the south-southeast at the dacha settlement Sokolské chaty and generally stays in this direction until the mouth. At Trstín it reaches the Trnavská pahorkatina hills and flows through the Boleráz reservoir between Bíňovce and Boleráz . Further on, the river separates Bohdanovce nad Trnavou and Šelpice from each other before reaching the town of Trnava . There the Trnávka flows straight through the city center, the southern districts and Modranka . Between Zeleneč and Opoj it takes up the right bank Parná before it flows into the Dolný Dudváh on the eastern edge of Majcichov .
