Tshimimu Bwanga
Tshimimu Bwanga (born January 4, 1949 ) is a former football player from Zaire .
Awards
Bwanga was named Africa's Footballer of the Year in 1973 . At the time he was playing for TP Mazembe in his home country . In 1974 he was in Zaire's World Cup squad, including in their record losing game of 9-0 for Yugoslavia.
In the election of the best African footballers of the 20th century, he took 26th place, together with Emmanuel Amunike from Nigeria .
