Paul Sayal Moukila (born June 6, 1950 in Souanké , Sangha region , † May 24, 1992 ) was a football player from the Republic of the Congo .

Moukila, who was a midfielder , played almost exclusively at the club level for CARA Brazzaville . Only a one-year interlude at the French racing club Strasbourg interrupted his time in the state capital. With his club Moukila won the championship of the Republic of Congo five times and in 1974 the African Cup of National Champions .

For the national soccer team of the republic Moukila appeared from 1971 to 1978; he played 13 games and scored two goals. He won the African Championship in Cameroon with the national selection in 1972 .

In 1974 Moukila was named Africa's Footballer of the Year .
