Uli Zech

Uli Zech (born January 7, 1927 in Aachen , † August 19, 2010 in Munich ) was a German architect , urban planner and construction clerk .

Working life

After studying architecture and working as a building officer in Hamburg , the social democrat Zech was the successor to Prof. Dr. Detlev Marx, City Planning Officer in Munich . He kept this office from 1978 to 1984, when Erich Kiesl was Lord Mayor of the CSU ; During this time, the affair about the "building land present" for today's Zamilapark to the client Josef Schörghuber fell . With the Ostpark , the Westpark and the Denninger Anger , important green corridors were created.
