Rodney McGee

Rodney McGee (born March 11, 1974 in Blacktown ) is a retired Australian cyclist .

As a junior, Rodney McGee was third in the world championship in team pursuit in 1991 and 1992, and in 1994, at the UCI Track World Championships , he also took third place in this discipline (with Brett Aitken , Tim O'Shannessey and Stuart O'Grady ). In 1995 , the Australian four-way world champion with the line-up McGee, O'Shannessey, O'Grady and Bradley McGee . In 2004, Rodney McGee finished third in the Australian championship in two-team driving with Chris Sutton .

In the early 2000s, McGee was team manager at NSWIS-FDJeux.com , but was also racing in the meantime. He then worked as a junior endurance coach for the Australian Cycling Federation.

Rodney McGee is the older brother of Bradley McGee .
