Eagle Capelli
Adler Capelli (born November 8, 1973 in San Pietro in Casale ) is a former Italian track cyclist .
Capelli was part of the extremely successful Italian four-man train in the 1990s. Twice - in 1996 and 1997 - he became world champion in the team pursuit with this four-man , in 1996 with the composition Capelli, Andrea Collinelli , Cristiano Citton and Mauro Trentini , in 1997 together with Collinelli, Citton and Mario Benetton . At the UCI Track World Championships in 1998 , the Italian four-man finished third with the same drivers.
Capelli started three times at the Olympic Games: in 1992 he finished fifth in the 1000-meter time trial , in 1996 he was fourth in the team pursuit (with Collinelli, Citton and Trentini) and in 2000 he finished eleventh in the team pursuit (together with Mario Benetton, Cristiano Citton and Marco Villa ).
