Rasmus Lund Pedersen (born July 9, 1998 ) is a Danish cyclist who competes in races on track and road .

Athletic career

Rasmus Pedersen has been internationally active in cycling since 2015 and is equally successful on track and road. In 2015 he won silver in the team pursuit at the European Junior Championships on the track and bronze in the junior race at the World Road Championships in the same year . At the UCI-Bahn World Championships for Juniors in 2016 , he finished second in each individual and team pursuit.

In 2018 Rasmus Pedersen started in the elite at the Track Cycling World Cup ; the Danish foursome with Casper von Folsach , Lasse Norman Hansen and Julius Johansen won the race in Milton, Canada . At the next race in Berlin , the team finished second with the same line-up.

For the 2019 season, Pedersen received his first contract with the Danish cycling team ColoQuick .
