Thomas Denis (born July 18, 1997 in Bignan ) is a French cyclist.

Athletic career

In 2015 Thomas Denis won the silver medal in the singles pursuit at the Junior European Championships . The following year he was two-time European champion in the team pursuit , both in the U23 class as well as in the elite ; At the U23 European Championships Denis also won bronze in the single pursuit. In 2017, at the European Railway Championships in Berlin , Denis won two titles: together with Florian Maitre , Corentin Ermenault , Louis Pijourlet and Benjamin Thomas in the team pursuit and with Thomas in the two-man team. At the national level, he became champions in points driving and in team pursuit.

In the 2018 season, Denis suffered from a herniated disc and later from the consequences of a fall at the Tour de l'Avenir , after having had a serious fall at Paris-Tours the year before .
