Nicholas "Nick" Yallouris (born February 24, 1994 in Gosford ) is an Australian cyclist.

Athletic career

Nick Yallouris initially worked as a BMX rider before switching to track cycling in 2010 . In 2014 he finished third in the scratch at the Oceania Championships , and the following year he was Australian champion in two-man team driving with Jackson Law .

Yallouris then prepared himself as the tandem pilot of the visually impaired cyclist Paul Kennedy for participation in the 2014 Commonwealth Games , where the two athletes finished sixth in the 1000 meter time trial . Before the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro , he trained with Matthew Formston as his pilot. The two drivers started in four competitions: they finished fourth in the single pursuit , sixth in the 1000-meter time trial, and 13th in the road competitions, both races and time trials.

In the following year, Nick Yallouris became world champion in the team pursuit together with Rohan Wight , Kelland O'Brien , Alexander Porter , Cameron Meyer and Sam Welsford . At the Oceania Championships he won silver with Cameron Scott in the two-man team driving and with Cameron Scott, Joshua Harrison and Alexander Morgan bronze in the team pursuit. The following year he was with Jordan Kerby , Leigh Howard and Kelland O'Brien Oceania champion in the team pursuit.
