The United Wagon Company ( Russian Объединенная Вагонная Компания , Objedinennaja Wagonnaja Kompanija ) is the largest Russian manufacturer of freight cars . The company was founded in 2012 to unite the newly built Tikhvin wagon factory with the leasing company RAIL1520. Later, the Vostok railway company was added in 1520. At the end of 2014, the United Wagon Company had become the largest wagon manufacturer in the CIS . The market share in 2015 was 45.6%.
