Ein Richter is a German TV film by Martin Weinhart from 2015 . It is the twenty-fourth episode of the ZDF crime film series Unter Verdacht with Senta Berger as Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek in the lead role.

Carola Kern has repeatedly been the victim of domestic violence at home by her friend Theo. When she finally wants to defend herself with a kitchen knife, Theo reports her. Carola does not deny her act and gives the officers her motives. During the trial she meets the judge Dr. Koller, who was already campaigning for the opposing party when Carola was attacked with acid. In the canteen of the court, she attacks the judge in a completely uncontrolled manner, which Dr. Eva Maria Prohacek could observe. Contrary to the instructions of her superior Dr. Claus Reiter investigates them against the judge, who repeatedly passed inhumane judgments for women. In fact, it turns out that Dr. Koller hides a mental illness.
