Ursula Karven
Ursula Karven (born Ursula Ganzenmüller in Ulm on September 17, 1964 ) is a German actress .
Life
Karven grew up in the Söflingen district of Ulm . She has two siblings. Her father was an engineer, her mother a housewife. After graduating from high school , she worked as a photo model in the 1980s and made her first film under the stage name "Sina Karven". In 1989 she had a guest role in the television series Das Erbe der Guldenburgs . Between 2005 and 2008 she was public prosecutor Wanda Wilhelmi in the Hamburg crime scene as well as in the crime scene episode When Murder appeared . Karven markets baby items and maternity clothing from the “Bellybutton” brand, of which she is a partner. She ran a yoga school in Mallorca and is the author of several books and a DVD, including one on yoga.
Ursula Karven was married to James Veres , with whom she has three children. In 2001, her four-year-old son Daniel drowned in the swimming pool of US musician Tommy Lee in Santa Monica during a children's birthday party . The family lived in the USA ( California ) for several years and moved to Mallorca after Daniel's death. In April 2008, Karven and Veres announced their separation. Ursula Karven has lived in Berlin with her youngest son since 2010 . In 2015 she suffered a broken neck while filming and was in mortal danger.
From 2009 to 2016 Karven was in a relationship with the Swedish entrepreneur Mats Wahlström .
Karven was featured in the April 2012 issue of German Playboy magazine .
