Bettina "Tina" Ruland (born October 9, 1966 in Cologne ) is a German actress .

Life

Ruland first attended the Kaiserin-Theophanu-Gymnasium in Cologne-Kalk and then switched to the Johann-Gottfried-Herder-Gymnasium in Cologne-Buchheim . Here she graduated from high school in 1987, followed by training as a clerk in the real estate and housing industry at the vocational school in Ratingen - Hösel .

In March 1988, Ruland was “ Playmate of the Month” in the men's magazine Playboy . She made her first appearance on television in October of the same year as a background singer for the band Bad Boys Blue in the ZDF hit parade with the song A world without you . She had her first television role in 1991 in the series The love relatives . She was best known for her role as "Uschi" at the side of Til Schweiger in the 1991 film Manta, Manta . Since then she has appeared in numerous television productions.

After her first photo series in Playboy in 1988, further photo series of her appeared in the May 1990 issue and, at the age of 46, in the October 2013 issue.

Tina Ruland has been the anniversary ambassador of the v. Bodelschwingh Foundation Bethel .

In 2018 Ruland took part in the 11th season of the RTL show Let's Dance and was eliminated in the first round.

In 2004 she and her then partner Alain Rahmoune became parents of a son. From 2010 to 2019 she was in a relationship with the management consultant Claus G. Oldbod, with whom she has a son (* 2010).
