The company from The Hague started producing automobiles in 1907. Production ended in 1908. The brand name was VLAM . The vehicles were also sold to the Dutch East Indies . The company also sold Fiat and Peugeot vehicles .

The company sourced parts from DFP and built complete vehicles on them. The 8/9 HP model had a single cylinder engine . In addition, a model with a four-cylinder engine with 1900 cm³ displacement was shown at an automobile exhibition in Amsterdam .
