V Australia was an Australian road cycling team .
history
The team was founded in 2009 and partially emerged from the US team Successfulliving.com-Parkpre . It took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental team . The manager was Christopher White, who was supported by the sporting directors Henk Vogels and Edward Beamon. The team was equipped with De Rosa bikes .
From 2011, the team wanted to start under the name Pegasus Sports with a license as a ProTeam . Well-known newcomers such as the Australian Robbie McEwen , the Canadian Svein Tuft , the South African Robert Hunter and the then German champion Christian Knees were signed on . However, the application was rejected by the UCI, which had introduced a new rating system. The application for a license as a Professional Continental Team was later rejected. As a result, the team disbanded.
