history

The administrative community was founded on December 19, 1991. In addition to Fockendorf, Gerstenberg, Haselbach and Treben , the founding members were also Zetzscha and Lehma , which belonged to the VG until they were incorporated on February 11, 1994 in Altenburg and on January 1, 1996 in Wintersdorf . With the incorporation of Wintersdorf to Meuselwitz in 2007, the former municipality of Lehma was restructured to Treben on January 1, 2009, but without the Kammerforst district , which was also part of the ex-municipality , a forest. Windischleuba has been a member since 1995.
