Vladimir Fyodorovich Chernyshev

Vladimir Fedorovich Chernyshev ( Russian Владимир Фёдорович Чернышёв * 5. November 1948 in Chkalov , Soviet Union ) is a former Soviet amateur boxer in the heavyweight division .

Chernyshev's greatest success was winning the gold medal at the 19th European Men's Championships in 1971 in the Spanish capital, Madrid . He defeated Jean-Pierre Coopman , Kiril Pandov , Les Stevens and Peter Hussing .
