WFV Cup 1981/82

The WFV Cup 1982/83 was the 30th edition of the men's cup competition in Württemberg amateur football. The defending champion was SSV Ulm in 1846 . In the final on May 18, 1983 at the Danube Stadium in Ulm , the club defended the title with a 3-1 win over 1. Göppinger SV . This was the third time that the club won the state cup, drawing level with the previous record cup winner VfB Stuttgart Amateure and remaining the record cup winner to this day (as of 2020).

Both finalists qualified for the DFB Cup 1983/84 when they played in the final and were eliminated in the first main round. The Ulm Cup winner retired as a second division team after being promoted to Rot-Weiß Lüdenscheid in the meantime . In a purely amateur duel, the 1st Göppinger SV failed away from SV Heidingsfeld .
